Visited my favourite french boulangerie patisserie again the other day! I knew I couldn't quite pass up the opportunity to try something different than the last time I had visited, so instead of my trusty lemon meringue tart; I decided on something a little more decadent.
Browsing their delightful options for that particular day I chose something a little more sweet and salty, so my choice was a deliciously decadent salted caramel eclair. Though I still decided to pair the eclair with an aromatic english breakfast tea, and once again some excellent company.
