Salted Caramel seems to be my flavour of choice recently. I adored the taste of the Salted Caramel Eclair that I have tried before from Le Bon Choix. Now it seems that this salty yet sweet flavour is now taking over the gelato shops in my near vicinity.
So, I couldn't pass up the opportunity to try it inside a flaky yet delicate cannelloni dessert from Gelatissmo. I don't know about you but I'm so glad that I was certainly born with a sweet tooth!
